Shipping & Returns

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles in house, every day.   Our candles are made using natural soy wax or palm wax, pure fragrance oils, and cotton paper wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.  

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at info@boinklecandles.com so we can make it right! 

Shipping Orders

All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on banner on top (vacation/out of stock items). 

Returns

Please contact us at info@boinklecandles.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

All Clearance Items are not eligible for return unless you received an item damaged.

Special Orders and Wholesale Orders

These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@boinklecandles.com. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged product(s).  It will be used to file a shipping claim with the shipping provider.
